April – You Were Good To Me

April was a pretty chill month. Nothing ultraextraordinary happened but there were a few good highlights. Easter was fun at school. It’s not a holiday here so to the kids all they knew was that for some reason they dyed eggs, had an Easter egg hunt and wore bunny ears. We took a field trip to an English Village were the kids were put in some real life situations such as going to the movies, seeing a doctor or visiting the police station. It mostly flew over their heads but it was fun none the less.

All the teachers at all 4 PSA schools were given an afternoon at Everland, an amusement park. It was the day before Children’s Day so it was packed. It was nice to have a relaxing day although those stares from a lot of kids did get annoying after a bit.
